We providing Architectural and interior design service, range from design ideas, feasibility studies, construction process and through to completion of projects. It combine all aspects of a project from producing concepts, tendering, design managements, construction drawings which embraces functionality to aesthetics, project economics, maximizing space, light and form being in harmony with property’s natural surroundings and professionally manages each project from “concept to creation”. WE RENDER THE FOLLOWING DETAIL SERVICES:

Find out Client’s requirements, examination of site limitations & potential and preparation of design brief for Client’s approval. Preparation of conceptual designs as per Client requirements during initial discussion

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT STAGE

1. Preparation of initial proposal after discussion and contract finalization. 2. Modification of conceptual designs incorporating required changes and preparation of preliminary drawings. 3. Preparation of 3D computer generated images to explain the design.

TENDER STAGE

Preparation of Tender drawings, specifications & schedule of quantities, & tender documents including code of practice covering aspects like mode of measurement, method of payments, quality control procedures on materials & works & other conditions of contract

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

Prepare and provide drawings for all construction (technical) drawings, design drawings and construction detail drawings. Check and approve shop drawings (if any) submitted by the contractor / vendors.

CONSTRUCTION AUDITS

Visit the site of work, at intervals mutually agreed upon, to inspect and evaluate the Construction Works and where necessary clarify any decision, offer interpretation of the drawings/ specifications, attend conferences & meetings to ensure that the project proceeds

COMPLETION STAGE

Issue required sets of "As built" drawings. As-built drawings shall be submitted as per requirement of Concern authority/Society. Set of blue prints and in CD, containing all drawings in Auto CAD or equivalent electronic format. Issue Certificate for Virtual Completion of works
